Question: How long does it take the photographer to shoot the 360 virtual tour?
Answer: On average, a virtual tour of up to seven scenes will take approximately one hour. We ask that the venue is ready for shooting
at the time of the appointment.
Question: Do I need to be present whilst the photographer is shooting my 360 virtual tour?
Answer: No, as long as prior arrangements have been made for the photographer to gain access to the venue.
Question: Do I need any equipment/software to enable the virtual tour to be shot?
Answer: No, Elite Virtual Tours capture, process, host and distribute the 360 virtual tours, we do all the work from start to finish.
Question: How quickly will my virtual tours be online?
Answer: Virtual Tours are typically processed within 48 hours of being photographed. There may be a delay if your tour is shotover a weekend.
Question: Are your virtual tours compliant with various viewing formats?
Answer: Yes. We offer multiple viewing formats for each virtual tour. The different formats are viewable by clicking on unique linksthat we can provide. Each type of tour has a varying degree of feature restriction so as to allow you to use the virtual tour with the most features.
Question: When will my virtual tours expire?
Answer: We do not charge for annual hosting, your 360 virtual tour will be hosted for as long as you desire.
Question: Can the 360 virtual tours be hosted anywhere?
Answer: Yes, you can request the raw files from us (there is a small extra cost for this) you can then host the tour wherever you wish.

Question: How many scenes can be included in each tour?
Answer: The tour window supports 60 scenes in any combination of full 360, partial 360 or still images. If you have renderings instead of photos, we can add them as well or in addition to actual photos.
Question: Can I change the skin and text colors of my tour windows?
Answer: Yes. You can choose any color you wish for the skin and text colors of your tour windows.
Question: If I change my company or contact information, do I have to recreate my tours?
Answer: No. If you change your contact information, you simply need to let us know and we will update the changes in your online profile. All of your virtual tours will automatically update and the existing links to the virtual tours will remain the same.
Question: Can I place a link to google maps, school reports and city information on my virtual tours?
Answer: Yes. They are all included with your virtual tour.
Question: Can I place a printable flyer on my tour?
Answer: Yes. If you have your own flyer, you can e-mail it to us and we can attach it to the virtual tour for you.
Question: Where do you link the virtual tours out to?
Answer: We will supply you with the links to your virtual tours so that you can place them onto your website andany other site of your choice.
